FTC's Model Financial Privacy Form Receives ClearMark Award from the Center for Plain Language
A form that Kleimann helped to develop won big at last night's Center for Plain Language ClearMark Awards. The Federal Trade Commission won the "Best Original Public Document" award for the model financial privacy form, a document that financial institutions can use to develop privacy notices for consumers. Judges said the form "reflects a balance of required regulation and industry comments, and an easy-to-understand and well-organized design."
