Each and every day, people have to make decisions about cell phones, about insurance policies, about instructions, about leases, about so many things in a world that bombards us with bits and bits of information. In general, it is overwhelming, simply and inexorably overwhelming. From the start of my career, I have been passionate about making language work for people, about transforming information into knowledge, about having knowledge drive actions.
