I’ve always been fascinated by language and how people use it to communicate ideas, tell stories, and even express emotions. That fascination I have with language use in general has always been a driving force in my pursuit of excellence in clear communication. It underlies anything and everything I have been doing at Kleimann closely with my colleagues and clients—whether it’s print publication or online presentation, training, usability testing, or visual communication. My goal has always been to make language do what it should for clients and for myself—communicate ideas succinctly, clearly, and effectively and tell unforgettable stories.
