I know the look when someone doesn’t understand―I see it everyday when I ask my dog not to sit on my keyboard. When we talk about people to people communication, it just gets more complicated. Unclear communication crosses many boundaries and affects many people. My goal at Kleimann is to improve communication that extends beyond a singular and individualistic level to a larger, international and organizational level. Clear communication results in improved and sustained positive change within society and the world.
