Rarely have I been at a loss for words. Linguistics has always been a passion of mine, so if ever I could not find the right words in English, I would plumb the depths of Latin or Hebrew or Japanese to get my point across. When words completely failed me, I might draw a picture that would replace those words that were out of my reach. The thunderbolt of my professional existence came when I learned how to combine my words and images effectively to express those ideas that thwarted me—to the benefit of others. At Kleimann, I work to open up clients to new and highly effective ways of communicating.
