I started at Kleimann on the day it was founded, and so I have grown right alongside the company. The company has changed, transformed, and flourished, and so have I. I helped create this company because I am passionate about communication; I believe that people and organizations perform better and gain more when communication flows openly, freely, and clearly. After ten years, I continue to do this work because I love seeing the benefits that occur when barriers to clear communication are lifted and true understanding can take place.
